What are credits? They're the in-app currency used to generate drawings. Credit packs can be purchased through App Store in-app purchases, and payments only happen inside the adults-only lock (guardian gate).
What about refunds? Purchased credits are consumable digital goods, so we don't offer direct refunds from the seller. In-app purchase refunds are handled according to Apple's policy — you can request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" (reportaproblem.apple.com). If something went wrong on our side (e.g. a service error), we'll add goodwill credits to your account through the app's 1:1 inquiry.
The safety check stopped a drawing from being made. When safety can't be confirmed, no drawing is created, and in that case no credits are used.

Returns and cancellations: Given the nature of digital content (consumable credits), returns or cancellations after purchase are in principle not accepted.

Usable scope and how to use: Credits can be used only for paid features within the Service, such as generating drawings. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another service.
Expiration: None (purchased credits do not lapse).
How to check the unused balance: You can check it anytime via the in-app credit balance display.

Issuer deposit: If the unused balance on a base date (end of March or end of September) exceeds the statutory threshold (10 million yen), we make the required issuer deposit in accordance with the Payment Services Act.

How do I delete a child profile or account? From the app's guardian (adult) settings area, you can delete an individual child profile or the entire account. When you delete, the related media is completely removed from storage, data and all.
Will the drawings be gone too if I delete? Yes. Generated images, coloring pages, and other media, along with related data, are deleted (payment records required by law may be kept as an exception).

Can I withdraw consent? Guardians can withdraw consent at any time, and upon withdrawal we stop processing and delete the related data. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Is my child's voice stored? The original audio is sent temporarily through SayDraw's server to OpenAI Audio Transcriptions. SayDraw's server does not persist it in a database, log, or artwork store, although the app may use an app-private temporary file while recording and uploading. OpenAI's currently published terms state that this transcription endpoint has no retention. If generation succeeds, the recognized text may be stored with the creation.
Are there ads or tracking? No. We do not use children's data for advertising, behavioral tracking, sale, or public sharing. Providers needed to operate the Service are disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Which devices can I use? It's optimized for iPad, and coloring can be done with a finger or Apple Pencil.
Why is microphone permission needed? Voice input is needed so children can speak what they've imagined and turn it into a drawing.
